Due to the digital and intangible nature of digital products and courses, purchases made on the Website are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you are having trouble accessing your product or course, please contact us at obviously@newsletterninja.net so we can help.
 
All transactions for intangible products and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
 
Consulting services or other purchases that involve meeting with a member of our team at a scheduled time, either in person or virtually, will not be refunded if the customer does not show up at the appointed time or cancels with less than 48 hours notice.
 
Ongoing consulting projects or other professional services are governed by the terms agreed to at the beginning of the beginning of the project.

Exchanges

Classes and digital products will continue to be available in your account after the class finishes. Classes can be reviewed asynchronously from the class, so if you fall behind the expected schedule, you can continue to learn at your own pace. However we understand that emergencies may arise after you purchase a class. If you would like to postpone your enrollment to a later class in order to participate on the expected class timeline, please contact us at obviously@newsletterninja.net. All decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of the Company.

Consulting services or other purchases that involve meeting with a member of our team at a scheduled time, either in person or virtually, can be rescheduled with no penalty when at least 48 hours notice is given.

Gifts

If you would like to purchase a class or digital product as a gift for someone else, please contact us at obviously@newsletterninja.net. The same policies for returns and exchanges will apply for gift purchases as well.
