Moved: Recording multiple cookies in the leaderboard?

This wasn’t mentioned in the party, but there isn’t a Week 1 topic yet and I have a quick question 🙂 If we’re doing 2 cookies, for the purposes of the word tracker, should we enter the total word count of both in one entry, or do two entries with different names? Thanks!

Oh that’s such a good question! I was going to double up under my name because it literally didn’t occur to me to do anything else, but now I’m just gonna do the pen names instead. I’m very comfortable with the just-shy-of-multiple-personality-disorder nature of my pen name situation, LOL.

I can see good reasons for doing both, so I don’t know whether we should make, like, a RULE.

What does everyone else think? (I’m asking everyone else, not expecting Antonia to read minds!)

I’d already put 20,000 under Jobie B but then I read this so I put 10,000 under Matilda A (pen name) and now it looks like I’m going to be writing 30,000 words (argh!). What I MEANT to put was 2 stories at 10,000 words each but of course I shot my wad before I asked any questions (not a surprise to anyone who knows me!!).

You can change your goal any time, just use the same form and make sure you put your name in the same!

I like the option of doing either – combining it as a total, or simply doing something like “Stephanie Flint – Story A” and “Stephanie Flint – Story B.” The latter options could be especially nice if we’re not sure if we want to do one or two cookies.

I ended up doing one entry for each 🙂 I think that’ll jive the best with my brain
