    Yep, that’s me. I need to see that validation that I’ve completed something! It was on me for not looking closely at the screen (or I think I was in some other view where I didn’t see that. *she makes the lame excuse*). But I can’t imagine asking for a refund because you can’t figure something out–I mean all you have to do is ask, right? I used to be a software trainer and I told people, the only stupid question is the one you don’t ask.
